What's the first step once I get in touch?

I offer a free initial discovery call, via video call or by phone, during which we can explore whether my approaches align with your needs and goals. During this call, we’ll also determine whether therapy, somatic coaching, or a blend of the two would be most beneficial for you, unless you already have a clear preference.
