Therapy

Gestalt therapy sessions specialising in attachment, anxiety, and trauma. My approach integrates parts work informed by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, supporting you in exploring and understanding the different parts of yourself and how they influence your thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

Together, we gently uncover patterns, navigate life’s challenges, and build resilience. The aim is to nurture a deeper connection to yourself and others while fostering greater clarity, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of well-being.

Somatic Work

Somatic sessions focused on nervous system regulation, with a special emphasis on attachment, trauma, and anxiety. These sessions incorporate parts work based on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and use body-based practices to access and process stored experiences. This approach helps you connect with and work through the different parts of yourself, fostering inner resilience and balance.

Somatic work can be used as a standalone modality or to complement an existing therapy journey, supporting deeper self-awareness, emotional integration, and lasting change.

Parts Work

IFS-informed sessions focused on understanding and healing your inner world through compassionate parts work. This approach supports you in identifying and relating to different parts of yourself, such as protective strategies, wounded parts, and inner conflicts, with curiosity and care, rather than judgment.

Together, we work to build trust between parts, access your core Self, and create greater internal harmony. The aim is to support emotional regulation, deepen self-compassion, and foster lasting change in how you relate to yourself and others.
