My approach integrates parts work informed by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, supporting you in exploring and understanding the different parts of yourself and how they influence your thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

 

Together, we gently uncover patterns, navigate life’s challenges, and build resilience. The aim is to nurture a deeper connection to yourself and others while fostering greater clarity, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of well-being.

Somatic Coaching

Somatic coaching sessions focused on nervous system regulation, with a special emphasis on attachment, trauma, and anxiety. These sessions incorporate parts work based on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and use body-based practices to access and process stored experiences. This approach helps you connect with and work through the different parts of yourself, fostering inner resilience and balance.

 

Somatic coaching can be used as a standalone modality or to complement an existing therapy journey, supporting deeper self-awareness, emotional integration, and lasting change.
